One month in Puerto Escondido and this place owned me. Best coffee in Mexico, full stop. Mati, the barista, is a proper caffeine lunatic, thinks in extraction percentages / wages and talks like he’s defusing bombs, then pulls you a flat white so silky and punchy it should come with a health warning. Beans are fire, vibe is immaculate, atmosphere is rad. Ruined all other coffee for me forever. Absolute weapon of a shop. See you next swell, legends.
